Tracing a line from the British pop craftsmanship of The Kinks, Badfinger and Nick Lowe through the grungy folk-rock of Neil Young and Creedance Clearwater Revival to The Lemonheads and Teenage Fanclub.

Based in London UK, Cutwater released their first album, The War on Entropy, Vol. 1, in 2020 which featured fan favourites London Is Inspired, The Rose Window and (Couldn’t) Love You More.

May 2022 saw the release of The Brutal Light EP, five new songs that captured the classic guitar rock artistry and lyrical craft that is Cutwater. May 2024 anticipates the release of two new tunes, one of which has a video up on here already! Stay tuned.
